REOConnection was one of the first major national associations organized to provide a forum of networking opportunities in the real estate owned (REO) servicing arena linking REO vendors with their clients.

Meet Our Founders
President and Co-Founder
Paul Luciano is a licensed real estate agent in New York, working with Utopia Real Estate in Flushing.
With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Paul services Manhattan, Mount Vernon, Yonkers, New Rochelle, Lake Mohegan and Port Chester.
He has served as president of the North Shore MLS for four years.
He prides himself on creating a highly personalized, stress-free experience for his customers. As a result, he is consistently recognized as a top producer in both the traditional and default industries.
As a leading REO broker in Manhattan and Westchester counties, Ken brings more than 40 years of real estate experience to REOConnection. Ken is the president and broker owner of Manhattan Network Inc., which is a real estate brokerage that markets residential and commercial properties for sale and rent in Manhattan.
His expertise in Manhattan and Westchester Counties includes more than 25 years of listing, renting and selling properties, and he has earned the nickname “Mr. Manhattan” from his clients.
He is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
Tom Marco has been a top producer in marketing REOs in Brooklyn and Staten Island with more than 20 years of experience.
He is the broker owner of Tom Marco Real Estate, servicing Brooklyn, Staten Island and parts of New Jersey.
He also oversees and manages the REO department for which he, and his experienced staff, handles each lender-owned property from initial assignment to closing.
He and his team are laser focused on delivering high-quality service with integrity while emphasizing clients’ goals.
